Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shigoshi's paid features are digital services delivered instantly, so refunds follow one honest principle: if our side failed, you get your money or the service back — fast. All payments are processed by Razorpay, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (bank timelines apply).

1. ₹49 AI Interview

If a technical failure on our side prevents your interview from starting, completing, or being scored, we first re-credit the interview so you can retake it. If you'd rather not retake it, we refund the ₹49. Completed and scored interviews are non-refundable — the service has been delivered, whatever the score.

2. ₹29 Winning-Resume View

If the resume fails to open due to a fault on our side, we refund the ₹29. If the winner switches their visibility off after you've already viewed the resume, no refund applies — access was delivered. If they switch it off before you ever managed to open it, write to us and we'll refund.

3. ₹399 Premium Pass (30 days)

The pass is a one-time purchase — it never auto-renews, so there is nothing to "cancel"; it simply expires. If you've used none of it (zero AI interviews taken, zero winning resumes opened) you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once any benefit has been used, the pass is non-refundable, but if something malfunctioned during your month, tell us — we fix generously.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If money left your account but Shigoshi shows no purchase, our payment webhook usually repairs it within minutes automatically. If it doesn't, or you were charged twice for one order, email us with the payment ID — duplicates and failed-but-charged payments are refunded in full, no questions.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@shigoshi.com from your registered address with the subject "Refund", your payment ID (visible in your Razorpay confirmation SMS/email), and one line about what happened. We reply within 3 business days and process approved refunds immediately on our side.

6. Free features

Job browsing, applying, chat, live video interviews, and job posting for companies are free — nothing to refund there, ever.
