What is the Tara AI interview and the Shigoshi Score?
Tara is a voice AI interviewer who reads your resume and holds a short spoken interview about your real experience. You get a Shigoshi Score out of 100 plus strengths and improvement notes — a signal hiring teams see before they even open your resume.
Is job posting free for companies?
Yes — unlimited job posts, the full applicant pipeline, resumes, and AI interview scores are all included free. A paid company subscription may come later, but hiring on Shigoshi starts at ₹0.
Do interviews happen on Shigoshi itself?
Yes. Once shortlisted, teams chat with you directly, propose interview times you can accept or counter, and the video call — with screen sharing — happens right on Shigoshi. No external meeting links.
What is the winners' wall?
When a candidate gets selected for a job, fellow applicants of that same job can view the winning resume (if the winner keeps visibility on) — so every rejection becomes a chance to learn exactly what worked.
Is the ₹49 a subscription?
Never. It's a one-time payment for one interview — no subscription, no auto-debit, nothing saved. The ₹399 Premium is also a one-time 30-day pass that simply expires; it never auto-renews. And your best score is what recruiters see, so a retake can only improve things.
Are the course offer letters and certificates real?
